May 2013 Goals

1) Lose 5-6 lbs (SW 210.6)
2) Run 1 mile without stopping (haven't started)
3) Walk 3 miles everyday
4) Drink Water!!!
5) Eat 3 Healthy meals a day and LOG IT!!!
6) Strength Train 6x a week
7) Yoga 10 minutes 7x a week
8) Feel confident in all I do.
9) Soda. Cut my consumption. (haven's had a soda since 4/28/2013)
10) Sweets are a treat not a necessity. Cut back on my sweets. (a struggle!!!)
