I have jogged 2 miles in the last two days sprinting the last 100 yards. I didn't think I would ever be able to jog again after breaking my back, but the combination of consistent walking and Tae Chi has made me light enough and strong enough to do some. I don't plan on any big running events just want to increase my lung capacity. Beautiful weather is spurring me on. And thanks to all the positive comments.
