I can't believe it's been a month since my last blog! I have been on a super busy whirlwind since Easter. It was one thing after another...big projects/things to be done around the house, events, visitors, and of course the normal day-to-day stuff.
My fitness and eating has been very sporadic and I'm definitely feeling puffy because of it
. But it's a new month and it looks like things are calming down for now. I am looking forward to getting back in control and back on track. I will be working on getting a fitness routine in place and get back to eating healthy on a daily basis!
I am finalizing up my menu for next week and will be working on getting a fitness routine in place since I will now be doing weekly workouts at home and only going to the kickboxing gym once or twice a week.
Yesterday I took a little trip to Trader Joe's in prep for next week and found this!
I have much more to blog but need to get my butt to work. Have a fabulous Friday! I'll be spending time catching up with you all this weekend
