* I always think my text is clear; comments always reveal it isn't. ;-()
* I have been exceeding my calories almost daily; this is not good. (The "Woo Hoos" should'a' been "Boo Hoos! You Lose. Don't let your fat snooze!") ;-()
* The reduced workouts make that even worse.
* I did not lose 118 pounds by screwing up daily.
* Up early, today (5:45A). Back and legs aching, but have been loosening up, since.
* Will finally get an estimate for a standby generator, auto switch, and propane tank (buried vs. above ground), today, I hope! (When we get it, we can put the freezer back in commission, and stock up on frozen veggies.)
* Will try a real barber today (it's further to drive, but c'est la furre); have had my fill of alleged stylists. I've got the least hair on my head I've ever had, why do I pay top dollar for a consistently bad (and unlike what I ask for) haircut? Grrrr! (I miss my old-style barber from Boulder, CO! Guy was great, affordable, and taught half the kids in town how to ski.)

    You can do it, Boppy! It sounds like you've mastered the art of losing the weight - 118 pounds lost is nothing to sneeze at! You just need to tune-up the daily habits a bit, but you're clearly capable of doing that. So pat yourself on the back for the great work you've done and just tweak the things that need tweaking.

Good luck finding a good barber. I've had enough bad haircuts in my life to appreciate the good ones when I get them! It makes a huge difference.
