NO weight loss this week

Yep, that's the truth, this week I did not loose anything. But also did some bad food choices. Works still as stressful and frustrating as ever, now also highly unmotivated and every morning starts with a crisis in one of the projects.
I really need another job, so I can get a normal live and some routine again

    Hey, no gain though, right? Maybe once you get thru this bad spot it'll come off again? I'm guessing here, because I know the cortisol made by stress does some wacky things on the body. Hang in there, buddy. emoticon emoticon

    I've made some bad food choices too and I haven't lost any weight. I care about my weight but I've found that training for my first marathon has taken all of my focus. I don't stress the scale, I just make sure I get my miles in. Maybe you should focus on a physical ability goal while the scale doesn't want to move, one day you may find your weight dropped.

    I now fully understand what stress did to me. While I was on travel, I saw one of my closest friends. A year & a half ago, the world was beating him down. I also noticed he had gained weight. This past week, I had dinner with him and he looked good AND happy! We need to fight through the stress and not let it get to us. Now, I run or bike if something is getting to me. It works! All the best and be strong!

    Same here - no loss. Remember that stress can really affect your weight.
