Bloat- to the -ed!

As the title suggests, today I AM B L O A T E D!
It is, as you might have assumed, my "special time"
AND coupled with the fact that I have fallen off the exercise wagon and haevn't been tracking the past few days...

well, the scale says I have only gained 1 lb! So considering during this "special time" I usually gain about 5lbs, I am HAPPY HAPPY!
So today is going to be full of lots and lots of water. And probably some timmies...
I also told my husband that he has to MAKE my do my shred today, mainly because I am cramping and it will help, but also because if I don't do it NOW that I really DON'T want to, then I fear I won't start up again!

    UGH that is the WORST. I took 2 days off last week because of it due to feeling awful and just being tired. Glad to hear that you're enlisting hubby to keep you accountable :)

    Hot water with fresh squeezed lemon juice is a great natural diuretic. Asparagus also helps me get rid of my water bloat.
