This is a big issue for me, too. Such a roller coaster.... too much computer, too little sleep. Both fueled by the other. Right now I'm setting the alarm to get up in the morning so I'll be more tired. Since my job is in my house, I answer to no one else's idea of when to wake up... it's up to me. (as is everything, right?)
I hear ya. I feel it is a very important goal to get enough sleep. I hope you start being able to get more good sleep. -I find it difficult to tell myself that its time to 'close down shop' for the night. But I'm getting better at it by aiming for that specific time. 1687 days ago
