Tonight I am going out on a date with my girlfriend, steak and salad and maybe a glass of wine.

My workout today, kettlebell training and walking, my eating this week has only been 80% paleo, I have had some cravings to contend with, I am seeing positive results with the exercise, firmer looking body.

Next week I will be starting pilates, my training will consist of pilates, yoga, kettlebell training and walking. I don't like interval training at all so I am going to drop it, if I don't like something I won't stick with it. I intend to carry this program on as I move into my mid fifties and beyond, it's more health oriented and has to be sustainable long term, ie the rest of my life.

    I do get a craving for a smoke if I smell my "favorite" brand being smoked, I smoked european cigarettes, very strong, makes me sick when I think about it, still you live and learn. emoticon Governments should do more to educate the masses about the harm smoking can do to your health. Honestly I don't even know what most of those are, but I guess over time I will know, but I like how you just decided to drop what you don't like, like interval training. I am sampling, sampling and I really like kickboxing or tae bo, cardio, cardio, cardio!!! ( I think that is the name) the videos I found on you tube by Billy Banks damn near kills me......so I don't know why I keep going back...but I like it :).

After 20 years of being a non smoker, do you even think about it anymore?
