Tonight I am going out on a date with my girlfriend, steak and salad and maybe a glass of wine.
My workout today, kettlebell training and walking, my eating this week has only been 80% paleo, I have had some cravings to contend with, I am seeing positive results with the exercise, firmer looking body.
Next week I will be starting pilates, my training will consist of pilates, yoga, kettlebell training and walking. I don't like interval training at all so I am going to drop it, if I don't like something I won't stick with it. I intend to carry this program on as I move into my mid fifties and beyond, it's more health oriented and has to be sustainable long term, ie the rest of my life.
