I haven't lost very much weight lately. I want to .It is my greatest wish .I think about it and I dream of it .Sad to say though I don't really do to much about it.

I love to sleep ,I go to the gym, I drink my water, and I eat salads so what could be the problem? Well all problems need solutions so he I go.

If I really think on this here is what I come up with.

Sleep, I love to sleep but I don't always go to bed on time. Problem one .

Going to the gym, well I go to the gym about twice a week for 30 minutes. Do I work my hardest there ,is there room for improvement?. You bet. Problem two .

Drinking my water, sometimes I don't finish the water bottle I bring to work. One coffee, one tea and one water bottle is not enough liquid in one day. Problem three .

Food intake, Yes i eat salads for lunch most days . I eat a healthy breakfast most days. Supper my son cooks on most days and he adds more salt,fat and greasy fried food than I should eat. It all tastes marvelous But I am tasting to much. Then there is snack at night, chips I love chips ,I love to much chips. Problem four.

If I truly want to lose weight I have to be the best at it. So here goes.

1.Going to bed on time more consistently.
2. Going to the gym three times a week and working harder there. Walking with purpose on my walks ,no sunday driving, walking..
3. Water drink more of it.
4. Eat more veggies at supper and a little less of my son's great cooking .Okay a lot less. Do Not Buy any chips, If they are not there .I will not eat them. I can get by with less .If I am hungry carrots,celery and grapes are my new friends.

I will lose weight !!! Why, when I didn't before? Well I am going to be the best at it this time. I forgot to really succeed at anything or everything you have to be your best. Every time.!!!!Being your best gets you success.
