Back on Track!

May Goals
- (1/31) At least one mindful meal a day.
+ (2/31) Food log.
+ (1/31) No bingeing.

So exhausted but I am back on track with no bingeing. Unfortunately I couldn't pry myself away from doing more than one thing at a time, so I did not have my mindful meal for the day. I'll try again tomorrow.

My meeting with my advisor this morning went far better than expected...I am so glad I decided to meet and ask one little question (it turned into more discussion) rather than saying we didn't have to meet because I was still thinking about the (numerous, vague) things that came up next week.

Staying Positive.

+ After the meeting I buckled down and wrote out notes about what we'd talked about before I had the chance to forget.

+ I had a nice run this morning with my friend.

+ I took a nap in the afternoon and caught up on some much needed sleep!!

+ I ate 2 bagels, enjoyed them, and was able to stop at that. It was a little risky to start eating bagels, so maybe it wasn't the wisest decision to push my luck, but it ended up working out ok this time and I'm grateful for that. At least I know that I don't fail 100% of the time!

    Notes are always a good idea! I think to myself, "Oh, I'll remember that..." and then struggle later. UGH. Too many other monkeys in my head, I guess.

    Glad the goals are fitting so well into your days!
