Tomorrow I'm starting over. I've got enough SlimFast to last a week. So I'm starting with that. I've increase my cardio on days I don't work to 30 mins. I do think it'll be more the 4-5.5 hours of me walking around though at work.
I'm drinking mostly water now. So that's helping too. And I mean real water, no tea. I only have that every once in awhile.
Hopefully, I'll get it right this time.
