Every morning I wake up pshyced about my eating right and working out. I eat well in the morning, I have healthy snacks and enjoy a healthy lunch, but then I come home and I don't make the best choices when it comes to dinner. I eat every 2 hours but I feel extra hungry like starving hungry when it's dinner time that I either over eat the healthy stuff or just indulge on the bad stuff. I give myself the pep talks and drink water to determine if its hunger or something else. but it's HUNGER LIKE I HAVEN'T EATEN ALL DAY, FEEL THE EMPTINESS IN MY STOMACH KINDA HUNGER.
