Research and Time to get Motivated

Thursday, May 02, 2013

I recently gave birth to an amazing absolutely perfect little girl. I currently have a 4 year old and a newborn, now, and like energy is something that I would love to get back. I also would love to have the opportunity to always be there for my children when I get older. So with that said, I went in to the hospital on April 11, 2013 to be induced to have my second child weighing in at 183 lbs. I got weighed on April 26th, at 161 lbs. I am proud of my progress so far, as well as excited that I really lost almost all of the weight I gained while pregnant. Now, what I need to do is stick to a reasonable plan and just go for it. Tonight and Tomorrow are dedicated to progress as well as figuring out a plan of attack on these last 20 lbs.

Thank you everyone. I am so excited to be a new mom again. And I know to take things slow, but here is the thing. I have no healing time to encounter. I didn't tear, no complications at all, left the hospital after 24 hours...both myself and the baby are perfect and healthy!!! I want to be happy with myself, and I very much am considering I have nothing to be ashamed of. My family is beautiful and I did lose all but 10 lbs of my pre-pregnancy weight. I just know that I can do so much more, and I'm very excited to embark on this journey. Thank you all for everything. Your words are both encouraging and inspiring.

Let your children teach you and you teach your your mind to the possibilities and resources available....there are some extremely happy, sensible things available to you and in the time natural for recovery and in keeping with baby's development...with two, there should be no problems getting rid of that last 20, unless you sit down in rebellion of losing them! Congratulations!

You need to take it slow on the workout and give your body time to heal and recover from giving birth
