End of Day One

Well I didn't get to hit the gym tonight like I wanted it, but I did some stretching and took the dog for a walk and some housework. At least I didn't just sit around tonight so for me that's a good thing. I have plans with my besty to go to the gym tomorrow so I have something to look forward to. I did good on my eating today so another plus. All in all not a bad first day. Goodnight all!
