Breakfast: chocolate/peanut butter/banana protein shake
Snack: cucumber and 90 calorie fruit pouch
Lunch: pork chop, celery, apple
Snack: apple, banana, 100 calorie cheese/breadstick lunch snack, 80 calorie fruit snacks
Dinner: 1 bean tostada and 1 chicken tostada and some chips and salsa.
I know I ate more than I should have today and I knew I was doing it when I was doing it, but I'm still human and I've always been overweight so obviously I still struggle with some things.
I got up this morning with time to do everything that needed to be done, but then I had to take care of my laundry so I lost time which caused me to grab easy things. Unfortunately, some of the easy stuff were not the healthiest choices. While at work, I decided to take the babies for a walk and, unfortunately/not so unfortunately, the sun was so hot that I didn't want to keep the babies out too long for fear of them getting sunburned. So we only did a 1 mile walk, but they kept me busy walking up and down the stairs all day too from napping, not napping, wanting to nap and refusing to nap. lol Here are a few pics of them though :)
After I got out of work I went over to my friend Patrick's house to help decorate his soon to be 3 yr old daughter's room. :) Here are a couple pics of the finished product! :)
I was supposed to go play volleyball tonight, but I ended up with the key to Patrick's place and had to wait for everyone who had things to put in the room to get there and be finished so I could lock up. Volleyball goes from 7-10 and I didn't leave Patrick's til 9:30 :( Hopefully I'll get to go next week! :)
