just start

Thursday, May 02, 2013

every task has a start and ending point. if i spend less time on excuses and just start it then i will spend less time wishing i did. I have to retrain myself that when i start to make an excuse, to shake it off and just do the task at hand.

Why don't you join us at "Just Do It" a team where excuses are not allowed (and some of us feel guilty just going in to huddle and post to a thread LOL)

I am a master of procrastination. That's one habit I really do need to break.

Exercise is the part I struggle with. My food choices and portions are ok..just need to step it up on the exercise.

Very true! I make excuses all the time too but if we think about it, we'd probably be at our goal by now if we just did it and stopped making excuses! We're stronger than the excuses!!!
