My exercise plan for 5% Challenge and Marathon
I will be going back to work and working 12 hour shifts Mon/Tues/Wed and commuting in the 4th biggest city in the country, Houston. Still trying to figure this out...but, here is my plan.
Monday- 30-40 easy run in the AM, thinking 4:45 ish
Thursday-30-40 easy, spin,
Saturday- Long Run/ core
