Exercising and such

I have been going to the gym now. I am having fun while being there since it is still new to me. I like the treadmill and the bike. I have no clue what most of those machines do but I will figure them out eventually. I have noticed that when my heart rate gets up too high I get a massive headache. I am hoping that it is nothing. I'm not sure if I should get checked out by my doctor or if I should just suck it up and keep going. I don't have health insurance so I really don't want to get checked out. The only thing that has me worried is I was in a car accident a few months ago that hurt the back of my head and I was off work for 6 weeks because of it. I had an MRI done so I wouldn't think that something is damaged from that.
I am getting excited for weigh in day because I know I have lost weight with all this exercising. emoticon

    Sounds as if easing back if you find your heart rate going up too much if you can't get to the doc and then see how it goes. Perhaps the coaches at the gym could advise. When mine went up into the red zone I asked and they said it was okay but to ease up if it went over the top raange for my age. They are generally pretty helpful at my gym.

    Kudos to you for being so excited and committed to your exercise routine! There are a ton of things that could be causing exercise-induced headaches ranging from dehydrating to not breathing enough. I hope your headaches go away!
