Spinach Ham and Cheese Quiche (recipe and photo)

1 9 in frozen pie shell
1/2 tbs olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 bunch of spinach
1/2 cup of diced ham
1/2 cup of shredded swiss cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup fat free half and half

pre heat oven to 375
place pie shell on the middle rack and bake appx 8 mins until lightly toasted

while crust bakes, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, and add spinach. cook appx 5 mins until spinach is fully wilted.

In a bowl mix eggs, milk and half and half then add ham, cheese. Squeeze spinach to get out excess water and add

Pour egg mixture into the pie crust and bake for appx 12 mins until done
