seems like everything i do is some sort of a challenge
meetings, end of semester parties, and presentations all seem to have sugary refreshments, challenging my will power. i've managed to stay strong and am feeling better every time i find it in me to say no.
mentally. well, finals are next week. that means tutoring should intensify. oiy.
and physically. well, i did it to myself really. i found this horribly awesome workout on pinterest.
ladder: 10 burpees, 1 squat to 1 burpee, 10 squats and back....
i stupidly forwarded it to my friend who teaches group fitness. i KNEW it would bite me in the ass. and i was right. she hit us with that ladder. and then, when we finished that one added on another
going up to 10: 1 shoulder press, 1 pushup
back down: tricep kickback, tricep pushup
100 push ups
100 tricep pushups
had intended on staying for yoga, but seeing as walking was difficult, i decided against it. i'm a little scared/curious about how i'll function tomorrow. just another challenge!
