I ate really well today - even dessert was based on berries (maybe I should not admit to dessert since I went over on calories by eating that snack). Anyway, each meal had protein, veggies, and fiber. My trainer wiped the gym floor with me this morning and I feel great about being able to do everything he asked of me. I still feel engergized to start over at the gym again tomorrow. A great way to start the weekend.
