It's Day 26, now isn't that amazing. I went to bed last night thinking...good for you, you got everything done for your weight loss goals.
I went to Water Aerobics
I monitored my food on SP
I drank water, wish more
My fitbit told me "I nailed it" for steps
I listened to my subminal tape
These 7 steps are really helping me. I know doing my chart is rather hokey, but it sure is helping me keep these healthy habits in mind.
Day 26, wow...still impressed.
