After only two days of exercising I am actually feeling a little less achy. I slept last night finally, which may have helped also. I was running late this morning and didn't really want to exercise. Now I'm glad I did.

  I know exactly what you mean. Now I understand that my gym time is a gift to myself. Glad you are feeling less achy. That will go away over time.
