So here I am yet again trying to lose weight. When I tried to start over a year ago things were looking up, six weeks later my life feel apart and so did my diet. I have tried over and over to lose weight but I always gain it back or just plain fail. However for the first time I really do have two friends who are going to do this with me. I know to lose weight and keep it off you need to have an overall healthy lifestyle but for me changing everything about the way I live my life is a recipe for disaster. So this time I'm starting with working out, moving in baby steps, trying to make working out a habit that I enjoy and not something I hate and dread doing everyday. Once my body wants to workout everyday and I am having fun doing it and can get back into roller derby, then the next change will come. I LOVE LOVE LOVE food, any food. I don't really over eat but I don't eat the healthiest things or in the right way. I do enjoy healthy food too but I don't want to give up my sodas or my potatoes.
So diet take 20 lets see if with the help of my two new friends I can actually succeed in losing weight and making healthy living a normal day for me.
