I don't know... it's just working. I track what I eat for longer than a week and the weight feels like it's gradually starting to come off. I don't feel like I'm deprived. I don't feel hungrier. It doesn't SEEM like I eat that differently when I track, but somehow I must. It's almost like there's something magic about tracking. Its the difference between maintenance and losing for me.
