Level 3, day 5
Weight 143 (a little Phillips goes a long way, I guess)
So I'm five days away from the end of the Shred, and for the second time around, still no progress. 19 days until summer break, so maybe I'll make some progress then when I can devote more time to exercise. I haven't seen much in the ways of progress. Maybe my muscles are a bit more developed, but they are tucked away under a layer of pudge that won't budge, so who knows. My clothes fit the same. My measurements are the same. I'm debating between doing the Shred again with heavier weights, or finding a weight-specific workout video that I can try. And I will add a few miles of walking every day when summer arrives.
Until then, I'm just still discouraged. All this effort and I'm barely maintaining my current weight.
