Not sure what to say today. I'm back in the weight loss swing of things. I'm weighing everyday. I'm logging my eats. I'm working out. I need to layer in the yoga. I just get tired before bed and want to sleep instead, but I do know that yoga has always worked for me in the past.
So far I haven't had too much drama since my last blog post.
I took this afternoon off. I needed the rest.
I will do my cardio now. Tomorrow will be a jog/walk in the morning before it gets too hot.
