Ta Da!!!

Just back from my Optholmologists office and They removed the bandages errrr gauze/shield. Errrr I did matter of fact. I would not allow anyone to touch that tape. the tape is my only complaint about the whole experience. It was a masking tape that had like a glue under it. Once it was off and my eye cleaned up I was so pleasantly surprised at the difference in my vision. You see... I am legaly blind but this surgery gave me back some clearness and colors. It's so amazing. Both the nurse and my Dr. checked my pressure in that surgery eye and it was higher up to 24 from 17. this can be from the surgery and lack of glaucoma drops last night. But I am doing wonderful. It will come back to normal I know it will. Now i return next thursday to prepare for the right eye being done.

Thanks so much I had just read the goodie and I saw this WELL done. I had very little information about it. Right now my eyes are sore I am doing lots of yard work and my eyes are very bloodshot right now, I must ask the Eye Dr if I should use some drops or not we never discussed it. The pollen was out just days after.
I really appreciate you telling me all of this I hope mine goes as well as yours. HUGS and much LOVE Pat in Maine. emoticon DEBS, emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

For Maggie... I use a huge 22" Monitor with Magnification program installed called Zoom Text. It talks as well. Patricia is correct JAWS & Dragon Naturally speaking uses voice.

Legally blind? How would you be able to read this message? I am glad there is some improvement with the operation. I wish you all of the best and trust you will even be more astounded with the improvement as you heal. Be blessed!
