This really shouldn't surprise anyone tracking actually works (did I just hear someone shout "no #&%! batman!" OK so I'm not that naive to be surprised by this but wow do I feel empowered when I actually track what I'm eating and I also drink more water when I'm tracking.

Well it's a short one but it's now time to go jump in my batmobile and head home and ermmmmmm....track my supper!

  Yes that was me making the batman comment......tracking is the only thing that really keeps weight off in the long run....Losing weight is 80 percent food and 20 percent exercise.

Good job and don't forget the water!
