Goals for the month of May.

This is a busy month...end of the school year, graduations, baseball, spring cleaning.

My goals this month are to make time for myself.

Commit to at least 30 minutes per day for fitness.

Commit to cooking...don't take the easy way out by pulling over for the drive thru!!
