I am really looking forward to this weekend! The weather is supposed to be gorgeous. A friend's wedding is on Saturday. And my husband has some kind of surprise he's working on for Sunday (what could it be?). I'm going to have to work hard to stay on track during an action packed weekend.
I plan to have fun at the wedding, but exercise portion control with both food and alcohol. It's okay to have a bit of cake and a bit of wine, but my focus will be on the togetherness and spirit of the event, not just the food!
