Oh Bento! #3

By FAR my favorite of the bento I've made, was today's.

Here it is in all its glory!

The chicken was marinated for a day in a Caribbean Jerk sauce from the store, and placed on a small bed of spinach. That's a container of diced pears in light syrup in back, with a frosted cherry poptart. My salad got bigger today. Its got romaine, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, queso fresco, Italian Garlic dressing, AND some chopped cilantro thrown on top. The chicken also has a little cilantro for garnish and deliciousness.

One of my customers from work is on my facebook and saw this one posted, and complained that it looked horrible! But then... he doesn't eat vegetables, ha ha!

So far, I've only managed to eat half of it. It was a big lunch! I'll probably take the rest of the chicken home and eat as an afterwork snack since dinner is at 7pm, OR I'll wait until around 4 or when I'm hungry to finish it off. Because its really VERY good!
