WIAW: Snoop into my Kitchen & Workout

Snooping around someoneís life is fun right? Iím sure Iím not the only one that loves the idea of looking around someoneís house during open houses or even thinks of taking a sneak peek inside a personís fridge. You know you want to too! Iím not one to visit a friend and peek inside a medicine cabinet without a reason (Iím quite a whimp when it comes to the rules) but when someone offersÖ So thatís what these WIAW offer Ė a free invitation into my vegan life. Iím not 100% healthy with meals but believe a happy medium is a good place for my meals. My meal plans are based around incredibly balanced entrees and then a fun dessert. If Iím about to embark on an unhealthy entrťe Iíll forgo the dessert and go for a fruit or herbal tea for a late night snack. By late night I mean 7pm; Iím so not a late night person. Moderation is always key, never subtraction.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with molasses, chiaseeds and 4 dried prunes
Snack: 2 oranges

Lunch: Amazing Kale Salad with lentils
Snack: 1 orange after lunch

Snack 2: small apple with Ĺ tbsp peanut butter before run (tea I didn't drink)

Snack 3: Small Slice of homemade baguette fresh from oven

Dinner: Amazing kale salad with lentils and a pickle
Snack: Homemade Vegan gingersnap and chocolate

Notice the double snack in the afternoon? Normally I donít have so many snacks but I have kicked up my workout routine. Iím not sure if Iíve mentioned I started the Tone It Up Bikini Babes plan for this spring season. Iím not on the paid meal plan but I do love the idea of the coordinated exercise plans. I have no connection with the Tone It Up girls but I do love the idea of connecting women together to get healthier through working out. Morning Bootycall: TIU stretch and toning (after furry baby was finished)
Mid-morning: 1.4 mi walk with pup 31 mins
Mid-morning 2: TIU Cocktail Dress Workout & TIU Sunset Workout

Evening: 5k Run with DH 34 mins & .65 mi walk for cooldown after run 15 mins
