60 Day Challenge - Days 34 to 38

I have been so busy I haven't had to blog so a very quick update. Everything is great.
No, really, I've been doing great with exercise ad my diet has been really good. I haven't been running as much, I've been going to more Body Jam classes, so I need to get outside more. I have a 5K on June 14 I need to train for. I want to beat my April 7 time.
My workout plan for the rest of the week is Personal Training session tonight, Body Jam Friday night, running Saturday morning, Body Jam and strength training on Sunday. Monday is a rest day. Tuesday, running...
In regards to nutrition, I've stopped eating added sugar again which really helps with cravings. I have two small pieces of dark chocolate everyday so I still get my "treat" but I'm not overdoing it.
I'm slammed at work and my grandmother is in the hospital (she's stable but weak) and my roommates are moving June 1 so I've been busy showing my apartment. All is good though.
Onward and upward....
