Okay, Day 2 was WAY harder than Day 1 ... even with the addition of only 5!
But, I did it! 55 squats and 55 bicycle crunches all before my morning shower!
For anyone interested, here is the plan:
May goals update:
*The squat/ab challenge daily.
* Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies.
* Increase my cardio exercising (to 5 times/week by May 25-31). ... still in progress
