Yesterday I started a 30 Day Squat Challenge and am already feeling the burn!! YIKES!! My reasoning for doing this is that I can always squeeze this into my day at work and then any other physical activity I do is a bonus. I have also added some walking lunges to the routine just to spice it up! I am also starting the 30 Day NO Alcohol challenge. I want to eliminate all the "baggage" calories I can for this month and see how I really feel! With healthy eating and lots of water mixed in I hope to be well on the road to a healthier me!!
