Thanks! Here goes nothing!

Thursday, May 02, 2013

Thanks for putting up with my ramblings the past couple weeks. They went so quickly! And here it is, race weekend! :) I'm off tonight after work for the first leg of our journey (after I shop and pack, of course!) and I couldn't be more excited!

The leg feels good today. Compression socks are going on for the drive (can't run in them, unfortunately) and the Stick is going into the car!

Last night I went out to eat and was so good! It's amazing how well I do when I stick to plan. :) I was having more fun watching Boston sports teams wipe the floor with everyone else, anyway! (Seriously, how many nights to the Red Sox, Bruins AND Celtics all win in the same night?) Great times!

Ok, when I get back it'll just be a Costa Rica count down! Have a great weekend, all! :)

Good luck on the race. Is it a race rule that you can't run in compression socks or a Sarah rule?

The Celtics gave me a bit of a scare when they lost 3 in a row ! Hopefully, they'll force a game 7 ! Enjoy your race this weekend. I'll be doing the Walk for Hunger.
