Losing It?

Ha, not really. emoticon

Have been super-busy of late - I know, this comes as a total shock to many of you - and also doing some personal development of my self-control.

The idea of letting things go makes it very hard to communicate sometimes. I mean, of course I speak up when I feel strongly about something, but ---- there seems to be so little which, once I consider it fully, I honestly feel strongly enough about to comment upon. Certainly frees up the psyche of worry and atrophies that knee-jerk reaction to basic life annoyances. And goodness knows, I need that time for other things! emoticon

Like running. Have been going out on shortish runs, 30 to 60 minutes. Using MYRTL and lunge matrix and the foam roller, stick and strap to stretch out. So far, so good.

I've swtiched up my Y classes a bit, teaching pilates twice a week and cycling on Friday mornings. Filling in where necessary, and resting as much as possible.

This weekend is the Flying Pig, where I'll see lots and lots of Sparkfriends. Yays!
