today I started journaling the foods I am eating. I have also decided to get rid of the candy and cookies I got yesterday so I do not eat them. last night I ate a bunch of chocolate candy during the night that I brought to bed and that is not good at all. I just tossed the candy in the trash and the cookies in the garbage grinder. we can only take one step at a time during our weight loss so don't worry, all will be okay.
