So last night I felt like going for a run so I thought I'd try Week 5 Day 2 again. If you've read my last post (thanks to everyone who left a comment btw, I really appreciate them!), you'll remember that I wasn't able to finish the second 8 minute running stretch on Tuesday.
What a difference a day makes!
The first three minutes of running were the hardest and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to finish again. But it got easier. I was even surprised when it ended because I was feeling so good!
Next is the big 20 minutes test. Bring it on! I'm ready for it!
