W5D2: i did it!!!

So last night I felt like going for a run so I thought I'd try Week 5 Day 2 again. If you've read my last post (thanks to everyone who left a comment btw, I really appreciate them!), you'll remember that I wasn't able to finish the second 8 minute running stretch on Tuesday.

What a difference a day makes!

The first three minutes of running were the hardest and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to finish again. But it got easier. I was even surprised when it ended because I was feeling so good!

Next is the big 20 minutes test. Bring it on! I'm ready for it!

    Congrats on pushing through & completing week 5, day 2!!!!

    Last night I did Week 6, Day 2. I was really intimidated by Week 5, Day 3...20 whole minutes?!?!?! But once I did it (with a 1 min break at 10 minutes to check on my daughter in the jogging stroller), I felt awesome. You can & will do it! It's so encouraging to see so many other people doing the C25K program & being successful!
