I am trying

I am trying to get back to this. As my friends know I have had a bit of a rough winter, early spring. My leg started to act up in October and is very slow healing. emoticon
I have had a few setbacks. Currently I am to be on bed rest with my legs elevated, unless I am at my work term for school or other minor things like trips to the bathroom. I am doing that but very frustrated that I can not get out and do more. Couldn't see Mom, last evening, will try for Friday after school/work as long as Stan drives.
I want to go out Sat to an event by a Naturopath about harmonious eating etc. Hope I can mange it, doubtful today. I will see.

So I am enjoying my work term. The staff I am with is great, she is trying to loose weight and eats healthy and we do walk quite a bit around here. all good for me.

SO after doing some reflecting, I realize how much I miss Spark People and all my contacts here. SO i am trying. I also had an unpleasant experience with the group I was in for the last challenge. NOt all of the members, but a couple, so I just disappeared from the group.
That is all over and now I can move ahead.

Well lunch time os over, my salad and tea are gone. Back at it.

I will be in touch soon. Have a geat day.
