Ok so this is the results so far...
May 1st - 1. I had 4 freggies
2. I missed the exercise
3. I journaled here on SP
4. I drank my 2 cups of green tea
5. I took my meds, but missed the vitamins
6. went to Coffee Cauldron, so reconnected the friends of like mind
May 2nd - 1. freggies - none
2. exercise - none
3. journal - done
4. Green Tea - done
5. Vit & Meds - started
6. Spiritual - meditation complete
