Happy May all!
So I have been sparking since January 2013 and have yet to lay down any concrete goals, however over the last 4 months I have learned that it is best to do what spark tells you to! I think to this point I have been afraid to really put any goal other than "get healthy" out there for fear of how it would feel if I fail. No more of that though May has goals!
- Start a fitness streak! I generally get at least 3, 45 min to an hour hour workouts in a week, which I am happy with but I want to push to fit at least 10 minutes in EVERYDAY. What's 10 minutes right?
- Get my 5 freggies a day, now that the nice weather has arrived this should be easier
- Reach the 240's in May *This is the scary one people* I can't say for sure how many lbs I have to go because I started a medication to help with chronic pain and it has me down 6 lbs this WEEK (all water) but I still think this is a doable goal and am going for it!
