Take Pictures

"Take pictures of your body in tight clothes. You'll regret it later if you don't record your progress." My trainer's advice.

Oh geez that was hard to do. I didn't want to. I fought it. I avoided it. I finally did it. If I'm gonna go for it I've gotta be honest with myself. Pictures don't lie. YIKES!

I looked at those 2 pictures long and hard. I decided for now to take pictures once a month and to look at all of them once a month. One of these months I just might be pleasantly surprised about how well my "fort" is coming along. emoticon
