Family Workout Challenge.

Monday we start our Family workout challenge. We have been trying to incorporate working out into our lives a little more each day. Starting Monday here is our 5 week challenge.
It is going to be brutal but the results are going to to be worth it. Who wants to join us?
There will be a reward for finishing all 5 weeks. ( just for my kids sorry sparkers :) I thought about doing cash, but I am thinking that sends a bad message. So I think I will set it for something they want, like a new pair of shoes, or even money for spending in Disneyland. We are also incorporation exercise into our punishments. This weeks punishment for being mean to your siblings is 1 minute wall sits, last week was push-ups. It's amazing how much less fighting there has been in our house, compared to when they got sent to their rooms or got hollered at. :) I was little less excited about doing this workout, when my husband asked me to do it with him at 6 am. Ugh. :) This is the thing that I need to push me to the next level though. That on top of my boot-camp workouts is going to be exhausting. I will either have to do the challenge Monday nights or tuesday-saturday because no way am I doing this right before I do my 8 minute Monday's drill - I would be to0 fatigued to give it my all.
I ate a half a piece of pizza yesterday. Real pizza not Paleo pizza, and it tasted OK. I expected it to be like a cheesey carby slice of heaven, and it was just OK. Disappointing and reassuring. Guess I am doing this right. I made paleo ice cream yesterday out of coconut milk, mangoes, avocado, lime juice, honey, It was pretty good. My family even liked it, well except for my 6 year old who made a gross face, and gave it away LOL. She said paleo means it looks like it will taste good but it just taste weird or icky.

The last few days have been way to heavy on fruits and nuts, and way to light on protein. It is showing up on the scale. I weighed in at 127.6 today YIKES!!!! Here is hoping its water weight.
I have been doing a lot of burpees - which is the exercise I love to hate. But they are giving me awesome oblique muscles., and back muscles along my spine are getting tight and beautiful as well. I still have hips and a big booty, but I can feel my hip bones now. I am getting sexy - Long way to go, but not as far as I have come.
