I've completed one full week of the new amped up workout schedule and haven't strayed even once. In fact, I added an extra session in because I felt up to it. I'm going to do it this time. I really am. I want to. I have to.
Haha, don't worry, I'm not going to become a walking motivational poster. I just needed to remind myself that this is IT. This year is IT. No matter how tired I get, how much I want to take a nap, no matter how much I want the cheeseburger instead of the chicken breast, no matter how much I want a thick slab of cheesecake instead of a banana - this is IT.
On another note: Hip Hop video back up dancers can probably crack walnuts with their thighs and grate cheese on their abs. I can get through Tae-bo and strength training like a pro, but by the time I get 'low, low, low' for the fourth time, I am ready to puke and scream. My abs haven't hurt this badly since my last 15 inch vertical abdominal incision. In fact, I didn't even know I had this many abs still intact after all the surgeries. I don't even have any plans to ever wear Apple Bottom Jeans.
