I am so thrilled right now. After watching every single bite I ate SUnday - Wed, I am down 3 pounds. Imagine if I could keep this up. I think you are all correct, if I just take it one meal at a time or one day at a time, then I won't be overwhelmed. Iso just want to lose 50 lbs. It's BIG goal number 1. And i can do it. I'm just 51 away, hahah!
