Today is Thursday and I choose to be thin. This means that I must choose my food and drink wisely today and I must choose to exercise. It might not be what I want to do. It might not be 'fun'. It might not come naturally for me, but neither is a firm, thin body natural for me.
My nutritionist devised a food exchange menu for 1400 calories, I was amazed at how little it was and how I had been cheating myself, so now when I get tempted I say " 1400 calories is enough to nourish my body" 1396 days ago
