Not with my half marathon training... actually that's going really well. I went from 5 miles last Wednesday to 6 miles this Wednesday and took 45 seconds per mile off my pace.
What I am discouraged about is my weight. I've been busting my butt with running, biking, weights and swimming and in the last 2 weeks I've gained 5 pounds! WTH... :( I know, I know... gaining muscle right... Its still tough to see 170 on the scale.
5k race this weekend. I'm not sure what I was thinking but I scheduled myself for a 4 mile training run the day before... think I will run 3 today, bike tomorrow and then kick butt on the 5k.
