Maybe it's the sunshine, maybe it's the fact that it's Thursday, or maybe I am just in a good mood, but I am feeling great today. We have a lovely pond here at work with a walking trail. I took about 30 min out of the day yesterday and walked with a coworker. I felt fabulous afterwards and quite energized. I was able to get through my torturous Wednesday night class that is 3.5 hours instead of 3 hours like most classes are. And I will say I actually noticed an improvement in my mood. Ususally when I get home from class or from work, I am not in the greatest moodˇKI want to be quiet and not talk to anyone. Last night was different for the first time in quite a while.
My tennis shoes are with me today and I plan to get out there again at some point to do some walking. Meanwhile, I am not doing well with my sleep and veggies. I am going to continue to work on this. What can I do today to improve? Maybe at lunchtime, I will get whatever I want to get, but also with a side of fruit or veggies, and make sure I eat a salad for dinner.
I also was feeling extremely supported when I had 3 Spark friends comment on my blogs and send me Sparkgoodies. Man, that feels good to have others care. Thank you so much Rose, Sylvia, and Stef
Something else kind of funny - yesterday I was reading an old blog from 2 years ago when it was my 3 year anniversary at work. I just got my anniversary card for my 5 years at work - it's funny how things change over time!
